I hope you will join us as we start out our New Year with Prayer and Fasting, January 4th-25th. We believe prayer is the lifeline of the Church. A praying church is a powerful church! We will begin our 21 days of prayer the evening of January 4th. On Sunday, January 5th, we will be receiving prayer cards and giving out prayer resources for all of our families as we join together in Church-wide Prayer! Our Fast will end on Saturday, January 25th and on Sunday January 26th, we will hold a Victory Sunday of Worship and Miracles. We want you to join us and invite those who are in need of a miracle to be present for this faith-filled atmosphere. Get ready for 2020 through the power fo Prayer and Fasting.
How can you join the 21-day experience?
1) Make a personal commitment to fast and pray for the 21 days. “Fasting” means we humbly deny something of the flesh to Glorify God, enhance our spirit and 21-Day Fast 2020.001.jpegstrengthen our prayer life.
2) Prepare for the fast by reading, Psalm 51, 1Samuel 15, and Isaiah 58. The verses serve as evidence that God is not interested in devout sacrifices to Him, rather in our obedience to do His will in our lives. He wants us to be more like him, and that requires us forgetting our will and seeking His.
3) Pause for prayer daily at 7:00 AM. An effective way for our church to be unified is if we pause for prayer in agreement.
