Almost 22 years ago, we hired this guy in the middle from the Wesslemen's butcher department here in MV, to be our church's janitor/custodian. Jerry has been an INCREDIBLE blessing to us. He is one of the kindest and loving men I've known. Well yesterday, Jerry officially retired from his work here at Harvestime. He is going to be greatly missed!! He has set up AND cleaned up after so many; dinners, weddings, funerals, services, and messes you and I have left for him and he never complained. Things will change for him and for us as a church family from now on. On Sunday, July 28th we will be honoring Jerry in the 10am service, as well as, hosting a retirement 'cake & punch' reception for him. Save the date and don't miss the 28th. We LOVE you Jerry!!!
